  • You have a team and need more than two dedicated desks? We have a discounted rate applicable for teams, or

  • You would like to know more, or require services outside of these times.

  • Please note that the Payment Summary section currently shows "Duration: Until canceled" this is incorrect so please ignore this when making a booking. Any queries please email us directly and we will assist with the best valued plan to suit your needs.

We aim to make access to our work and meeting spaces as flexible as possible. Currently the above rates apply for 'Normal Access Hours':

  • 'Normal Access Hours' is from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for:

    • Monthly Hot Desk plans, and

    • Dedicated Desk plans.

  • 'Normal Access Hours' is from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for:

    • Meeting Room hire options, and

    • Hot Desk Weekly plans.

  • 'Normal Access Hours' is from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for:

    • Hot Desk Daily plan.​

  • '24/7' Access is available to add to our standard Hot Desk Monthly and Dedicated Desk plans to provide you with access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please email us for these rates.​

    • However with prior arrangement we will do our best to suit your requirements.
